So I kept dropping by the site and I am a bit relieved to read an announcement from the Admin. Apparently Clixmx was blocked by angry cheaters and asked for money. But the admin found a way around it and now taking this opportunity to implement changes in the site which are:
► More security for your accounts with the use of a PIN
► Possibility to buy ads, referrals and upgrades with your balance
► More banner spaces for sale
► Manual replacement of inactive referrals (fees will apply)
► Minimum number of clicks to cash out for standard members
► Referral packages will include advertising credits to increase the number of ads
► Jackpot and messenger system to contact your referrals (these are not ready, so they might not be included)
They are not asking for donations (unlike a site I know)just patience for the delay of site functionality and payments. I won't add to the number of complain emails being received by the admin. But you can contact him in the following details he presented.
